MindYork

Summer Coding Program

This Java Certification Training course is for our students who wants to learn how to construct web applications for just about every computing platform. With MindYork, you’ll gain a solid foundation in Java that is the most popular programming language for software development.

Even though you may write Java code in a straightforward text editor and compile it using the javac command, you will be far more productive if you use and grasp the rich tooling at your disposal. You should first select an IDE, or integrated development environment. Modern IDEs include extensive debugging experiences, syntax highlighting, command completion, and the ability to run unit tests in a single, integrated environment. Then, you should pick a build automation tool to assist you in managing dependencies, publishing project artifacts, and maintaining complex project builds. Knowing how to use these tools will boost your productivity as a developer and improve your experience of producing Java code.

Learning Outcomes are;
How to use React and Express to integrate into any team or to create a full stack application from the beginning.
Creating websites that are responsive, scalable, and include a secure server component.
Building a Full Stack Application with React and Express.
The capacity to create robust, secure servers, powerful, high-performance react components, and connect them all with cutting-edge databases.
Front-end application using React, Redux, and Webpack.
JavaScript, React, and Express development abilities and knowledge are required to create full stack apps from scratch or to work smoothly with the majority of Node.js-based software teams.

Project Olympiads

NYEA has a great reputation for sending students to participate in International Olympiads all over the world. Our network of mentors and Teachers help students conveniently research on several different ideas of their own and turn their dreams into a reality.

Summer Art Workshop

A workshop is not the same as a class in the visual arts. Typically, taking an art class is how you learn your medium and how to work with it. Art classes are where painters learn about brushes, paints, media, strokes, how to prepare a surface for painting, how to actually paint, and how to care for their materials. On the other hand, you can learn an artist’s techniques at a workshop. The artist leading the course expects you arrive familiar with your particular media. Classes are often designed for beginners, although workshops are occasionally described as being for intermediate or advanced artists. It is expected that students choose themselves.

Artists with more experience in beginner lessons are more prone to get bored or irritated. Beginners are more likely to slow down the class, require more time from the instructor, or become overwhelmed in workshops with more experienced artists.

MindYork will help students find their form in different styles throughout various different methods of art such as Realism art, Photorealism Art, Painterly Art Style, Impressionism Painting, Abstract Art, Surrealism art, Pop Art.

Practicing an art — at any capacity — is good for your soul.

ACT Crash Camps

NYEA offers ACT crash and complete programs. Our ACT experts work one on one with students to ensure their success in SAT/ACT and other college preparatory exams.

Local Coding Workshop

This workshop on Introduction to Coding is a fantastic approach to introduce students to programming. We’ll cover the basics of coding using visual programming languages like Scratch, Kodu, MakeCode, and Minecraft HoC, and then start looking at how students may create their own apps and games. This session serves as an excellent introduction to programming and is very open to all ages.

We will experiment with teaching young students the principles of coding using visual programming languages. As they learn how to animate characters, design basic game elements, and master the fundamentals of coding, we’ll encourage them to play and enjoy themselves!

To help them understand how real code relates to visual coding, we’ll also expose them to some real code. They will have the chance to alter game code from a genuine game and observe how their modifications effect the gameplay.
